>It’s the weekend again, and in the UK it’s a long weekend (hurrah), no work on Monday. This weekend we are celebrating, I’m not sure how just yet, but not only is it a long weekend but my husband has also finished his exam this week, meaning that after months of studying he can finally get back to just enjoying his weekends. He’ll be taking the weekends as they come, very yogic!

♥ This song has been stuck in my head for a while now, it’s a happy song, and seeing as music has the ability to change your mood, happy music is always a good choice. But I do warn you, it’s addictive trying to sing along to this song by Noah and the Whale.
♥ Gluten-free, and talented, cook and blogger Elana Amsterdam, published a recipe for banana walnut muffins – they are low carb, made with coconut flour and as with everything Elana bakes, it looks delicious and is guilt-free. These would be fab for lunchboxes!
